These Terms govern your use of the LumiLUTs website and your purchase of our digital products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
This website (“LumiLUTs”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by EVOQ Sp. z o.o. Full registration and tax details are available on request. You can contact us at our contact page.
We sell digital colour look-up tables (“LUTs”) in .cube format, intended for use with LUMIX cameras that support the Real Time LUT feature, and with compatible editing software. Products are delivered as downloadable files. We do not ship any physical goods.
Product descriptions, sample images, and before/after previews are provided in good faith to illustrate the intended look. Because results depend on your camera, settings, lighting, and subject, the exact appearance you achieve may differ from the samples shown.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the product at the listed price. The contract is formed when we confirm your order and make the download available. Prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.
Digital products are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you provide, typically immediately. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address and to download and save your files. If you do not receive your download, contact our contact page and we will help.
Your purchase grants you a licence to use the LUTs, as set out in full in our Licence (EULA). In summary: you may use the LUTs for unlimited personal and commercial projects, but you may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the files themselves.
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, different rules apply to returns than for physical goods. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including your rights and the specific consent you give when downloading.
All content on this site, including the LUTs, images, text, logos, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Film stock names and camera brand names referenced (such as any Kodak, Fujifilm, Hasselblad, or Panasonic marks) are the property of their respective owners; our products are independent colour emulations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, no scraping or bulk-downloading, no reselling access, and no using the site or products for unlawful purposes.
We provide the products and site “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.

This Licence explains what you can and cannot do with the LUTs you buy from LumiLUTs. By downloading or using a product, you accept this Licence.
You are buying a licence to use the LUT file(s), not ownership of the underlying work. We (or our licensors) retain all intellectual property rights in the LUTs.
In short: the look you create with the LUTs is yours to use and sell freely. The LUT file itself stays with us and may not be passed on.
The licence is granted to you (the purchaser). If your team or company needs multiple people to hold the files, please buy a copy per user, or contact us at our contact page about a team arrangement.
The LUTs are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a given look will suit every camera, scene, or preference. We recommend reviewing the samples before purchasing.
This Licence ends automatically if you breach it (for example, by redistributing the files). On termination you must stop using and delete the files. Termination does not entitle you to a refund where the files have already been delivered.

This policy explains our approach to refunds for digital products, and the consumer rights that apply to instant downloads in the EU.
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. However, for digital content that is delivered immediately (such as a downloadable file), this right does not apply once the download has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
When you buy a LUT and proceed to download it, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, by starting the download, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. We make this clear at the point of purchase, and your completion of the purchase constitutes that consent.
Because our products are digital files that cannot be “returned” once downloaded, and because you consent to immediate delivery, we do not offer refunds on delivered downloads. Please choose carefully, review the product descriptions and sample images, and check your camera’s compatibility before buying.
We do want you to be happy with your purchase. We will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion if:

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty or not as described.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, under appropriate agreements: our payment processor Stripe, our hosting provider Vercel, our email/delivery provider Resend, and our form provider Web3Forms. Some of these may process data outside the EU; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
We keep order and tax records for as long as required by law (generally several years for accounting records), and marketing data until you unsubscribe. We do not keep data longer than necessary.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, port it to another provider, and withdraw consent at any time.
