You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, no scraping or bulk-downloading, no reselling access, and no using the site or products for unlawful purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the products. This Licence explains what you can and cannot do with the LUTs you buy from LumiLUTs. By downloading or using a product, you accept this Licence.
You are buying a licence to use the LUT file(s), not ownership of the underlying work. We (or our licensors) retain all intellectual property rights in the LUTs.
In short: the look you create with the LUTs is yours to use and sell freely. The LUT file itself stays with us and may not be passed on.

The LUTs are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a given look will suit every camera, scene, or preference. We recommend reviewing the samples and, where offered, any free look before purchasing.
This Licence ends automatically if you breach it (for example, by redistributing the files). On termination you must stop using and delete the files. Termination does not entitle you to a refund where the files have already been delivered.

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because our products are digital files that cannot be “returned” once downloaded, and because you consent to immediate delivery, we do not offer refunds on delivered downloads.
