Film-look .cube LUTs made for the LUMIX S5II and S5IIX and their Real Time LUT feature. Load one, and every JPEG and clip comes out of the camera already graded.
The LUMIX S5II and S5IIX support Real Time LUT, so a .cube LUT bakes a finished film look into every JPEG, and into video, as you shoot, with the RAW saved untouched. You load LUTs through the free LUMIX Lab app or from an SD card, assign switching to a function button, and the camera holds up to 39 at once.
Below are six film-emulation looks that work on both bodies, from $9 each, plus the exact steps to install them.
The S5II was the LUMIX body that brought Real Time LUT to the S-series, and it remains one of the best-value ways to shoot finished film looks. Because it is a true hybrid, the look is applied in-camera to both stills and video, previewed live in the viewfinder, so what you see is what you record. There is no Lightroom step and no export: the JPEG and the clip land finished while the RAW stays clean.
The S5IIX is the same camera tuned for video, with extra codecs and output options, and it uses the exact same Real Time LUT system and the same .cube files. Whichever you shoot, the choice of LUT is what defines the look, and a .cube tuned to LUMIX colour science holds skin tones and highlights together far better than a generic export.
Each look is sold on its own for $9, shown with same-scene before and after frames shot in-camera on a LUMIX, and loads onto the S5II or S5IIX in under a minute.

Two ways in, and both take about a minute. Full detail is in the install guide.
Every look has a same-scene before and after, shot in-camera on a LUMIX.
Start free. The official LUMIX Lab app has around 200 creator LUTs for the S5II at no cost, and they are a great way to learn what you like. A paid look earns its keep when you want a specific, consistent film stock with real before and after proof, tuned to LUMIX colour science. Prefer to dial it by hand? See LUMIX recipes. Yes. The S5II and S5IIX support Real Time LUT, added through a firmware update. You can load .cube LUTs and apply a film look to JPEGs and video in-camera, with the RAW saved untouched.
Transfer the .cube wirelessly with the free LUMIX Lab app (add to library, pair the S5II, Transfer to Camera), or copy it to an SD card and load it under Photo Style, Real Time LUT, LUT Library, Load. Assign Real Time LUT to a function button to switch looks quickly. Full steps are in our install guide.
Both use the same Real Time LUT system and the same LUTs. The S5IIX adds video-focused features like more recording codecs, so heavy video shooters lean S5IIX, while the S5II suits hybrid photo and video use. For LUTs there is no difference.
When shooting V-Log with a Real Time LUT applied, the S5II uses a minimum ISO of 600, which can call for a higher shutter speed or an ND filter in bright light. Straight JPEG shooting is not affected.
The S5II stores up to 39 LUTs in-camera at once, the same as the other Real Time LUT bodies. Read more about Real Time LUT.
