Everyday 400 is calibrated to LUMIX's colour science, so the skin tones stay true and the highlights keep their shape. It renders in the camera as you shoot, not bolted on afterward.
Your RAW is saved untouched alongside the graded JPEG, so you always keep the option to grade differently later.

No. Everyday 400 is an independent colour emulation inspired by the look of Portra 400. Kodak and Portra are trademarks of Eastman Kodak Company, and this product is neither endorsed by nor affiliated with them. Our Portra 400 on LUMIX guide covers the comparison honestly.
Because the warmth is in skin, not the whole frame. Everyday 400 brightens faces and pushes them golden while neutral greys stay very slightly cool, which is what stops the image turning orange. If you want warmth across the frame, set around 5900K in daylight or nudge white balance toward A. Expose 0 to +1/3; the matte highlight roll-off lets you expose for faces.
No. The one free look is Amber 200, our Kodak Gold rendering, on the free LUMIX LUTs page. It is a full, unrestricted .cube, so it is the honest way to see how a Real Time LUT behaves on your camera before buying. Everyday 400 is $9 on its own, or $39 for all seven.
Any body with Real Time LUT: the S9, S5II, S5IIX, S1II, S1RII, G9II, GH7 and L10. It is a 33-point .cube file, the size LUMIX loads in-camera, and it goes on via the LUMIX Lab app or straight from an SD card. The install guide covers both.
Yes. It is a standard .cube, so it loads in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom and LumaFusion as well as in-camera. The licence covers personal and commercial work.
